+ Cut/copy/paste: properly account for hidden tracks when cut/copy/pasting items from/to multiple tracks Awesome! :) Does this work for items that are grouped too? So that hidden (but grouped) items are not only selected when you click on a visible item in the group (on a none hidden track) but can also be copied, moved, deleted etc, even if some of the grouped items are on tracks that are hidden. If that makes sense! :)

+ Cut/copy/paste: properly account for hidden tracks when cut/copy/pasting items from/to multiple tracks Just tested and the only thing that doesn't seem to work with groups is the below scenario -create two tracks -put empty midi item on both tracks (can be anywhere) -Group them together -unselect them both -hide track two -select the item on track one -delete item on track one with backspace -unhide track two Expected Results - both items will be deleted Actual Results - track two item is still there even though track one item was deleted. Further notes - it looks like the hidden grouped items never get selected if you click select on a visible one. But, dragging, cutting etc on a visible one does the same to the hidden one

RE: v6.10+dev0516a - May 16 2020

here, we have a set of params that are grayed out until "obey note off" is enabled. instead, could it be such that modifying any of these params: "loop," "xfade," and/or "loop start offset" automatically checks the "obey note off" checkbox? reasoning: less clicking, and would allow users who are controlling all of RS5K params from hardware to move more quickly. note that above, i'm using scripts to change the grayed-out xfade param: expected behavior would be that, since i'm changing that param, the necessary upstream conditions (obey note off) should be enabled.

RS5K is the only sampler i'm aware of where you're able to boost the sustain -- you can give it an additional +12 db. i'm not a big fan of this -- imagine using 4 faders to control a generic synth's ADSR envelope. the S fader goes from 0% sustain volume to 100% sustain volume, not 200% volume. that's what the master gain is for. ^charlatan vsti. imagine if "full waveform volume" was halfway up the S fader, instead of all the way at the top. being that i have "ADSR" literally tattooed on my body, i feel strongly on this. maybe it's more common than i'm aware of, but it seems like "+0db" should be the max for sustain. it's probably too late to change this, but i'd love an option to be able to cap all of my RS5K sustains at +0db rather than +12. i'd be happy with any checkbox/hidden option, to preserve the projects of others who might use this atypical boost

this is barely a bug, because nobody's going to find themselves in this position except by user error, but if you have your RS5K instance set to "sample - ignore midi note," uncheck "obey note off," and if you adjust portamento, your sample cannot retrigger until it plays through in its entirety. expected behavior would be a retrigger, but again, this will only happen if a user doesn't really know what they're doing / has mistaken expectations

mpl quote - 'You can set loop points. Drag waveform edges. However...There are tons of things I`d like to reimplement other way than RS5k does. In JSFX. So probably it is a valid reason to bump here.[/QUOTE]. . This is great thanks.., but there is no AMP ENV ADSR???.., RS5K needs just a AMP ADSR, I'd like to be able to control the release time.., 2 seconds or 5 seconds.. 10 seconds release time. Thanks)). . .

Ok I have just been using RS5K and there is no seperate start point??, when I set the loop the beginning of the sample is ignored and the start of the loop is where the sound starts from??.., this is completely usable for me. In the TAL Sampler you can set the start and end points seperate from the loop start and loop end points.., then once the sound plays and gets to the separate set loop points it loops there for as long as you want it to with your settings in the AMP ADSR. . .

Why not implement a simple reverse sample in Reasamplomatic ?
